1. PRE-REGISTRATION (Guaranteed purchase)
Pre-registration of shares means that you register a purchase of shares in a binding process and the purchase/payment is completed at the end of the pre-registration period on September 30, 2023. A completed pre-registration period means that your reservation and the purchase of the shares you have registered is guaranteed.
Pre-registration of shares can be made by persons in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark by creating a personal account on www.folkeinvest.no and identifying themselves with one of the national bank ID solutions offered on the platform.
If you do not have access to any national bank-ID solutions from Norway. Sweden or Denmark, but are interested in investing, please, do not hesitate to get in touch here.
2. ISSUE OF SHARES (First come first served...)
During the issue period, you register and pay for the purchase of shares directly. Shares are sold on a "first come, first served" basis, thus guaranteeing the possibility to register to shares only as long as there are shares left. The ordinary issue period runs from October 1st, 2023.
Registration of shares can be made by persons in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark by creating a personal account on www.folkeinvest.no and identifying themselves with one of the national bank ID solutions offered on the platform.

3. EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (No purchase)
You can at any time register your interest in buying shares and you will receive - via email - information about the progress of this issue and any future issues of shares. However, an expression of interest does not imply pre-registration or registration of shares. Register your expression of interest here:
